We are warmly looking forward to the advent season with all our Christmas events, Advent & Christmas worship services, and the simple yet profound joy of being together as one worshiping body.

The 1st of December is the First Advent, and we will take the Lord’s Supper at both our normal worship services. Join us in Espoo at 10:30 or Helsinki at 16:00.
Welcome to a special time of fellowship with other ladies in the church. Please bring a food or drink item to share, and an optional 5€ wrapped gift.

UCC kids and youth ministry will have a potluck Christmas party at the church offices on the 13th of December. Welcome all 3rd-12th graders.

One of our beloved traditions at UCC is to have a combined Christmas service a few weeks into the month of December. Our congregation join together as one body and we always enjoy a little something special in these combined services.
The service will take place in the gym hall of the Valotalo (Matinkartanonkatu 13, Espoo), and we will have children’s program in English and Finnish for 3-5 year olds as well as pre-school to 2nd graders.
The service will be followed by a time of warm fellowship with a potluck lunch feast. If you contribute to the potluck, please bring your food in a disposable plate/bowl, 100% ready to serve.

Welcome to a Carols by Candlelight service at the Andreaskyrkan in downtown Helsinki!
This cozy singalong event will start at 5pm and last roughly 1h30min. There’ll be lots of singing, one special performance, a short devotional, and the reading of Scripture texts that take us through the gospel story from the beginning of Creation to the birth of Jesus.
All are welcome!

Please note, at UCC Helsinki, the 22nd of December will be our last Sunday worship service before our Christmas break. The service will be followed by a Christmassy potluck dinner – please bring a plate to share if you can (but come and feast with us even if you can’t!)
Join us for our last Sunday worship service of 2024 at 10:30 at our Espoo location (Matinkartanontie 13). We will have a morning worship service followed by a light christmassy fellowship.
Join us for our first Sunday worship service of 2025 at 10:30 at our Espoo location (Matinkartanontie 13). The service will be followed by a relaxed time of fellowship.
No Helsinki service on the 5th of January.
